ASSOCIATES

We work with Associate attorneys throughout the lateral associate recruiting process, from resume preparation through negotiation of offer. Associates will receive personalized attention from an experienced associate recruiter, who will discuss their goals and objectives to match them with the best opportunities in the market. This includes identifying any "unposted" or opportunistic Associate hiring needs that firms in the relevant market may have.

We leverage our experience and market insight to effectively represent Associates' experience and skillset to potential law firms. All Associates we work with will receive guidance in preparing for interviews and working through the offer process. Our main objective is to put each Associate in a great spot for the long-term growth of their career.
